We Are Taking Our Fair Precautions to the Top Level
General Precautions
- HES code inquiries will be made by the attendants, visitors and officials who enter the fair area by the officials at the entrance of the fair area. Entrance to the fair area will not be accepted for those who do not have a hes code.

- Fever will be measured at the entrance of the fairground.
- It is obligatory to use a mask at the entrance to the fairground and in the fairground, and people who do not use a mask will not be accepted to enter the fair without a mask.
- There will be masks available at the fairground to be given to visitors who do not have masks in case of need.
- "Hand Disinfectant Stands" will be available at the entrances and foyer areas to protect the necessary hygiene.
- General cleaning services will be increased in the fair area and all frequently used surfaces will be cleaned.
- Participant companies will have to have disinfectants in their booth areas and the use of visors for the personnel working at their stands will be mandatory.
- If the products of the exhibitors in their booth areas are touched, disinfection of these products with the products with the 'Biocidal Product License' issued by the Ministry of Health, immediately after will provide.
- "Announcements" will be made for mask use and social distance reminders within the scope of general hygiene rules.
- Slabs stating that handshaking and contact are prohibited will be posted in the fairground.
- All entrances and exits in the exhibition area will be arranged in such a way as to prevent people from contacting each other, and there will be one-way round-trip directions on the ground for entrances and exits.
- In the fair area, the number of people, including the participants, officials and visitors, will be accepted as 1 person per 10 m² area.
- The number of visitors entering the fair area is determined and when the visitor capacity is reached, no new visitors will be accepted, they should be waited according to the social distance rules (at least 1 meter, 3-4 steps), and the areas that need to be stood in line will be marked with a distance of at least 1 meter between them. People waiting as much as the number of people leaving the fair area will be allowed to enter.
- Ambulance and medical team will be provided at the fair locations and during the fair period.
- Measures will be taken to measure the temperature of exhibitors, fairground officials and visitors entering the fairground. Personnel measuring temperature will use medical masks and face shields.
- Those with a fever higher than 38° and those who have/develop symptoms such as cough, runny nose, respiratory distress, are diagnosed with COVID -19 or are in contact with them will not be admitted. will be redirected.
- Signs will be placed on carpets and walkways to ensure social distancing.
- Packed products will be sold in the dining areas in the fairground.
- Social distance warnings will be placed in toilets, elevators and escalators.
- Posters related to COVID-19 precautions (hand washing, mask use and rules to be followed inside) will be hung at the entrance of the exhibition area and in visible places in the area.
- Bus organizations will be organized by more relevant people and the number will be reduced.
- We will take all the necessary measures to be taken in accordance with the conditions of the COVID-19 virus, and we will ensure that our exhibitors and visitors get the highest efficiency from our fair by paying attention to their health. We wish you a productive fair in advance.
